After being a guest establishment for the past two years and build up a good relationships with four other establishments in our area, sending and receiving overflow to one another. It has started happening, though, that some of these guesthouses regular clients have started booking directly with us and I just had a phone call from the one guesthouse last week, saying that they are very upset that we are taking their clients. I feel that there is enough business for all of us and that as a new comer, I need the business. They on the other hand are well established and really have enough business not to have to worry about one or two clients that have come across to me.

How would you handle this situation?
